Photo of girl wearing 'I'm a thief sign' has gone viral

An Indiana dad named Gary Mills shared a photo of his teenage daughter on Facebook that show her wearing a cardboard sign that read,
"My name is Abby Mills & I am a liar & a theif! I’ve stolen from my parents, brothers & sister. Aunts & uncles. I even stole my 9-yr-old cousin’s Christmas presents.”
While snaping the pics that has since gone viral, the dad, who snaped, was telling people to share the photo "so everybody in the world will know my daughter's a thief and I'm sick and tired of it".

In addition to holding the sign, she was forced to walk up and down the street near the Wayne County Courthouse, police department, and sheriff’s office where they took tours and spoke with local law enforcement officers.

Surprisingly, his daughter has even admitted that she understands why he did it. “I know I deserved it,” she said. “I was embarrassed at first, but I’m glad he did it. I know I deserved it,” she said. However, a number of social media users still feel his approach was a bit extreme.

Usain Bolt and Mo Farah win at in London

Usain Bolt and Mo Farah were the star attractions at the Anniversary Games on Friday, and both men delivered in front of a raucous crowd at the Olympic Stadium.

The event, combined with a Diamond League meeting, was headlined by the two Olympic champions who have suffered through difficult times so far in 2015.

Six-time Olympic gold medallist Bolt has struggled for form this year, with injuries curtailing his progress, while Farah found himself at the centre of a media storm after doping allegations levelled at coach Alberto Salazar.

But both men put their problems aside in damp conditions here, Bolt winning his 100 metre heat in 9.87 seconds - a season's best - before matching that time in taking victory in the final, despite a poor start out of the blocks.

Farah, meanwhile, romped to victory in the 3000m, clocking a time of 7:34.66 and copying the Jamaican's lightning bolt celebration after crossing the line.

Afterwards, the double Olympic champion said he had not worried about the reception he would receive in the wake of the Salazar controversy.

"Not at all, you can only do what you do best and for that's to run," he told BBC Sport. "It's great to see the public understand.

"I'm pleased with tonight, I didn't feel that good but it was important to win the race rather than think about a time. The crowd has been amazing and they've given me support for the last couple of months."

Great Britain's rising star Zharnel Hughes displayed further evidence of his promise, delighting the home crowd by running a personal best of 20.05secs to clinch victory in the 200m.

In the women's 400m hurdles, Czech Republic's Zuzana Hejnova crossed the line ahead of the rest in a time of 53.99secs, while Jason Richardson of USA just pipped Pascal Martinot-Lagarde in the men's 110m hurdles, ducking for the line in 13.19secs.

The slippery conditions meant the pole vault was postponed until Saturday, but the weather could not prevent Philip Milanov from taking glory in the men's discus with a throw of 65.14m.

Other victories in the field went to Italy's Marco Fassinotti in the men's high jump, whose leap of 2.31m was good enough to see off compatriot Gianmarco Tamberi.

Tamberi, sporting a beard on just one side of his face, could only manage 2.28m, along with Mutaz Essa Barshim. Meanwhile, Olga Rypakova prevailed in the women's triple jump with a leap of 14.33m.

Police report confirms forgery in emergence of senate president

There are reports that the investigation conducted by the Nigerian police have confirmed the alleged forgery in the electioneering process that produced the current leadership of the Nigerian Senate.

Bukola Saraki led 8th Senate have been found guilty of forging the Standing Order that produced the current Senate President, Deputy and other members of the Senate leadership.

In the report, the Police recommended the prosecution of those found culpable of forging the orders, which had been used in the controversial election of the Senate President, Senator Bukola Saraki, and his deputy, Senator Ike Ekweremadu, on June 9, 2015.

The report was said to have indicted the management of the National Assembly, especially the Clerk, Salisu Maikasuwa and recommended the prosecution of the suspects.

It should be noted that the police investigation was kicked off by a petition by Senator Sulaiman Hunkuyi (All Progressives Congress, Kaduna State), alleging that some parts of the 2015 Senate Orders were different from the one ratified by the 6th Senate in 2010, which was used by the 7th Senate, as Standing Orders 2011.

Further reported that President Muhammadu Buhari has received a copy of the report by the police confirming forgery in the Standing Order used to produce the leadership of the 8th Senate.

Manhood grows larger than normal after sex enhancer use

The men of the Lagos State Fire Service said on Saturday, July 25, 2015 that they rescued a 40-year-old man from death after he used a sex performance enhancer that enlarged his penis beyond expectation.

The Director, Mr Rasak Fadipe, who made the disclosure to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos, said the man wore a metal ring on his penis.

The ring, according to him, was to enhance erection and ultimately enhance sexual satisfaction but turned out to swell the organ beyond his expectation.

'His experience turned sour when the penis became so erect and swollen beyond his expectation and could not come down and the ring could not be removed.

'When it became apparent that the condition was threatening his life, he rushed to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja for help.

'The hospital invited the service to rescue the man, when they could not easily remove the ring.

'We successfully removed the metal ring in collaboration with the hospital staff at the emergency unit using our rescue tools,’ he told NAN.

'The incident happened at about 3.15 p.m. on Friday, July 24, 2015 and it took us about 50 minutes for the operation.

'The man wore the ring to enhance his penis for sexual satisfaction, but it turned out to be a threat to his life,’ Fadipe said.

Timaya 'I didn't rape her, the sex was consensual,' singer defends

Popular singer, Timaya has defended himself saying he neither raped the mysterious lady nor forced her to have sex with her.

In a chat with Me on bbm, Seyi frosh, Timaya insisted that it was a consensual sex and the lady was a blackmailer who wanted to con him off $50K.

I wrote, 'So I have reached out to Timaya to hear his side of the story and he denies rape. Speaking exclusively with LIB, Timaya said it was consensual sex and the girl is now blackmailing him. Timaya admitted that he hooked up with the girl (pictured above) in his Atlanta hotel, but says she agreed to the sex.

'He said the girl, who he has been talking to for about a year, contacted him when she found out he was in the US for his tour and bugged him to see him. He told her where he was and she came to see him. He said from the minute she entered the room, she started filming him.
'He said after they finished having sex, the girl continued filming him and began asking him questions. He said she asked him if he enjoyed the sex and he said yes, then she asked him if she could follow him to his show and he said no that he's working...but that she could come later and he would tell his people to let her in. She then told him that they didn't use a condom, what if she gets pregnant? Timaya said he told her that he didn't want another baby, that he just got a baby.'Timaya said she continued asking him questions until he became very suspicious and dragged her phone from her. That was when he realized that the girl had been filming him the whole time. He said he deleted the photos/video recordings and asked her what her intentions/plans were? He gave her back her phone and then realized that for Iphones, you have to delete twice before it will be completely wiped off. He then asked her for the phone and she refused to give it to him so he called hotel security.

'The hotel security came to the room and asked the lady why she was filming Timaya and she said it was nothing serious, just for fun. Timaya asked the hotel security to remove the girl from his room but only after the lady has deleted the video recordings. The hotel security advised Timaya to let the girl go, that if she calls the police and tells them he's holding her hostage, it's a crime in the US. That was how he let her go. Timaya said at no point did she tell security that she had been raped when he called security on her.

'And after she left, she began calling to threaten him, saying she would mess him up and ruin his career for taking things far and calling security on her.

'He said she called him again demanding for money to take herself to the hospital. He said he left money by the reception for her and she came to collect it. Then she called again to harass him. When she continued harassing and threatening him, he began begging her because she'd already called someone in Nigeria that he was close to accusing him of rape. She told the dude that for her to keep quiet, Timaya has to pay her $50,000 or she will publish their recordings. He said he was begging her to stop the blackmail and not because of any rape.

'He said when the girl refused to stop, he changed his US number, blocked her on Whatsapp, and instagram so she could no longer reach him for bargain and that was when she created the account on instagram to carry out her threat,' she ended.

Boko Haram planning to bomb VIPs not VP's home – Presidency

The Presidency has denied reports that Boko Haram terrorists are planning to bomb the home of Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo.

Osinbajo’s media aide, Laolu Akande stated that the press release which gave rise to the reports had read “VP” instead of “VIP”.

Akande made the clarification via a statement released on Thursday, July 23, 2015.

It reads:

“A press briefing note circulated today by the Secretariat of the National Economic Council, NEC, contains a typo on the very last line of the last paragraph.”

“That paragraph should read ‘The Vice President also disclosed that security reports has it that scavengers are now being prepared by insurgents to dump refuse laden with bombs in the houses of VIPs.’

“The last line erroneously says ‘in the house of the Vice President.’ Please take note of the correction.”

Osinbajo is said to have made the disclosure during the National Economic Council(NEC) meeting which also held on July 23 at the Presidential villa.
